Refer A New Friend

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Refer a Friend program (“Program”) offered by Aged Care Reviews Pty Ltd t/a Aged Care Decisions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The Program allows participants to receive a $100 Prezzee eGift Card (the “Reward”) if they refer a friend (“Referred Person”) who is a new client of the Company and who requests an options report (“Request”) from Aged Care Decisions. The Referrer will receive the Reward upon completion of the following steps:

1. The Referrer shares a referral link with the Referred Person.
2. The Referred Person, who must be a new client, submits a request for an options report with Aged Care Decisions.
3. The Referred Person completes the request for an options report in accordance with Aged Care Decisions procedures


Eligibility

  1. To participate in the Program, the Referrer must be an existing customer of the Company who has received an options report from Aged Care Decisions. 
  2. The Referred Person must be a new client of the Company, meaning they have not previously received an options report, been the subject of an electronic referral to a residential aged care or home care provider by the Company, or engaged with our services. 
  3. The Referrer and Referred Person must be residents of Australia.
  4. Neither the Referrer or the Referred Person can be an employee or agent of an aged care provider, nor a health professional whose primary occupation is the assistance of patients to discharge into aged care. 

Note: If multiple people refer the same person to Aged Care Decisions, the first person who made the referral will receive the reward. If the person you refer has already found an aged care provider through us, no referral reward will apply. We reserve the right to assess eligibility and may disqualify suspicious referrals.  


How It Works 

  1. The Referrer will receive a unique referral link from the Company to share with their Referred Person. 
  2. The Referred Person must use the referral link or code when submitting the options report request. 
  3. Upon successful submission of the Request by the Referred Person, the Referrer will be eligible to receive the Reward, provided all Program criteria are met. 
  4. Only one Reward per Referrer will be issued for each eligible Referred Person. 


Reward Details 

  1. The Reward will be issued in the form of a $100 Prezzee eGift Card. 
  2. The gift card will be in the form of a digital Prezzee eGift Card, as determined by the Company. 
  3. The Reward will be sent to the Referrer’s email address. 
  4. After been verified, we will process the $100 Prezzee eGift Card at the end of each month.
  5. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 

These referral terms and related communications are subject to our privacy policy. We reserve the right to cancel our referral program or change these terms at any time at our sole discretion.

 

Program Dates 

The Program will commence at on 28th January 2025, and will continue to run until the company states otherwise.
