The Home Care Package program, funded by the government, supports seniors in Western Australia to live comfortably and safely in their own homes for as long as possible, rather than moving to residential aged care.

Each package provides an annual budget based on the individual’s assessed needs. This budget can be used for a range of services, including assistance with household tasks, nursing, and medical care.
