To celebrate a decade spent driving positive change in aged care, Aged Care Decisions has unveiled a new visual brand representation reflecting the company’s modern, caring, professional approach to supporting and empowering Australian families in their aged care experience.

As Australia’s largest free, independent aged care matching service, Aged Care Decisions assists tens of thousands of families every month to navigate the complicated and often stressful process of placing loved ones into aged care.

The concept was conceived in 2013 by two Melbourne-based entrepreneurs who recognised the need for accessible, independent, and reliable information to help families compare, select, and engage with aged care providers.

Founders Andrew Henderson and Ken Ray said that personal experiences motivated them to find a way to reduce the stress and confusion associated with finding aged care vacancies and providers with availability.

“Our custom-built technology, along with our dedicated support team, assists families to find aged care vacancies, home care providers and respite care options that best suit the location, budget, care needs and preferences of their loved ones,” Andrew said.

The service has been embraced by both families seeking aged care and industry stakeholders.

From humble beginnings (in a tiny office space for two, and with only a handful of clients) the duo has carefully curated a highly skilled, compassionate team of over 120 aged care specialists who assist tens of thousands of families every month.

“We’re so proud to share our newly refreshed Aged Care Decisions branding exactly 10 years from the date we first committed to create a free, independent and invaluable service that makes aged care easier for everyone,” Ken said.

Aged Care Decisions’ efficient aged care matching service is 100% free for Australian families, who can access support via agedcaredecisions.com.au.
