To access government-funded home care services, you must complete an ACAT
assessment through My Aged Care and an income and assets test through Services Australia (Centrelink). You can arrange an ACAT assessment by calling My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or by asking your healthcare provider
in New South Wales for a referral.
