What Is ‘Refer a Friend’ program?
The Refer a Friend program by Aged Care Decisions is offered to previous clients who have been successfully placed with a residential aged care provider on a respite or permanent basis or have chosen a Home Care Package Provider with our assistance. This program offers rewards for both you and the person you refer, provided they too are placed with a residential aged care provider or selected home care package provider.

Referral Reward Process:

1. If the referee places with an aged care provider or home care provider through Aged Care Decisions, we will provide both, you and the referred person a $50 Prezzee eGift Card (the “reward”) sent to your designated email accounts.

Qualification for Referral Reward (eligibility criteria):

1. To be eligible, you must use our services to find a residential aged care provider on a respite or permanent basis, or find a home care package provider for a Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 Home Care Package,
2. The person you refer to Aged Care Decisions must:
   a. Be a new client;
   b. Willingly agree to be referred to us (without coercion or misrepresentation).
   c. No active prior contact with the provider in question in the ninety days prior to becoming a client of Aged Care Decisions.
   d. Place with a residential aged care provider, or enter into a services agreement with a home care package provider.

Note: If multiple people refer the same person to Aged Care Decisions, the first person who made the referral will receive the reward. If the person you refer has already found an aged care provider through us, no referral reward will apply. We reserve the right to assess eligibility and may disqualify suspicious referrals.

Payment of the Referral Reward: Upon meeting eligibility criteria, we will send the Gift Card within 7 business days after the referee’s confirmed placement date. The person being referred needs to notify their placement specialist the moment they place.

Note: By submitting any correspondence, you acknowledge that your friend is informed about your recommendation and understands that they will receive an email from us to get started.

These referral terms and related communications are subject to our privacy policy. We reserve the right to cancel our referral program or change these terms at any time at our sole discretion.
