The concept was conceived in 2013 by two Melbourne-based entrepreneurs who recognised the need for accessible, independent, and reliable information to help families compare, select, and engage with aged care providers.
Founders Andrew Henderson and Ken Ray said that personal experiences motivated them to find a way to reduce the stress and confusion associated with finding aged care vacancies and providers with availability.
