Aged Care Reviews Premium Listings

Update: Aged Care Reviews Premium Listings now Free for Aged Care Decisions Registered Providers

Aged Care Reviews is Australia’s largest consumer review & rating website, currently featuring over 9,000 reviews written by residents and their families. All facilities in Australia are already listed on Aged Care Reviews and can be reviewed – including your own facilities.

Research shows that over 66% of families looking to place a loved one in aged care consider online reviews as an important part of the decision making process.

As part of our commitment to transparency in aged care, in January 2019 we made Premium listings on Aged Care Reviews free to providers registered with Aged Care Decisions.

What’s in a review?

Each consumer review contains a series of 5 ratings – on Quality of Building, Quality of Staff & Care, Quality of Lifestyle & Well-being, Quality of Food & Overall Quality. The reviewer also provides a Net Promoter Score. The reviewer then describes, in their own words, their experience with that facility.

Contrary to media perception, the average review across the entire site is 4 out of 5 stars. All reviews go through a validation process before appearing live.

How can we use Aged Care Reviews?

Aged Care Reviews is important marketing & advertising directory, attracting over 25,000 visitors each month. Providers have successfully used Premium Listings to build up hundreds of positive reviews & testimonials, and leverage this into higher website traffic and website conversion rates.

Reviews are featured prominently in Google searches – both in organic results, and highlighted in Google’s own ‘Business Information’ box.

Most importantly, using reviews will help your organisation build a dialogue with families that are already talking about you.

What does a Premium Listing include?

By taking up a free Premium Listing, a provider can:

  • Upload marketing information – descriptions, logos, photographs & website links;
  • Appear at top of locational search results;
  • Be notified of new reviews as they arrive;
  • Monitor & respond to reviews;
  • Access marketing collateral to feature reviews on your own website.
